Restaurants usually need more than one QR code, and it helps to plan them together. A table code might open the menu or your ordering system, a code on the bill might ask for a review, and a code at the door might show opening hours or book a table. Giving each its own code keeps the destination obvious and lets you see which ones guests actually use.

QuikQR links to the services you already run. If your ordering or booking system has its own web page, the code opens that page and the provider handles the order or reservation. If you only need to share a menu, you can link to a web page or upload a file. Either way, guests should reach the right page within a second or two of scanning.

Menus and prices change with the seasons, and reprinting table cards each time is expensive. A dynamic QR code lets you update the destination while the printed code stays on the table, so a new menu or a different booking provider does not mean new stands. Keep a printed menu available for guests who cannot or prefer not to scan.

Place codes where they are easy to scan while seated: upright stands or menu covers work better than codes flat on the table, which pick up glare and spills. Test them under your actual lighting in the evening, not just in daylight.
